For the 2022-23 academic year we have made some adaptations to our reporting systems and opportunities for parents/carers to meet with staff to discuss how your child is doing at school.

This will involve families receiving two interim update reports across the academic year, spread at intervals and timed to coincide and work with other key events for the year group (e.g. mock exams for Y11 or options choices for Y9).

In addition we will continue to run one subject information evening via School Cloud so that parents/carers have a chance to talk to subject teachers about learning and achievements in the curriculum.

However, in addition to this, we are introducing new meetings with the child’s form tutor; these will take place in November and April. All key dates are found below.

Form Tutor Reviews:

• 3rd November and 4th November.

• 20th April and 21st April - Summer Term Form Tutor Review.

Year 7: 17th / 18th July 2023

Year 8 24th / 25th May 2023

Year 9: 30th / 31st January 2023

Year 10: 7th / 8th June 2023

Year 11: 6th / 7th March 2023

Year 12: 11th / 12th January 2023
