STUDENT DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME)


Required for September.

We are seeking to appoint a Student Development Administrator who is looking to play a role in ensuring that a first-class administrational service is delivered across the Student Development Team in the school.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who would, ideally, have experience of working within a school environment.

Reporting to the Deputy School Business Manager, you will take direction from the Student Development Team (which includes the Heads of Year) and will be responsible for a number of duties to include (and not limited to) accurate and efficient database recording of students’ behaviour, attendance and well-being, general support for school activities and general clerical duties.

This position is offered at 18.5 hours week for 41 weeks per year (term time plus two holiday weeks). The working pattern is to be determined by the successful candidate and the Deputy School Business Manager.

NJC Scale 4-5 points 7/17 £20,092 - £24,491. Pro rata to weeks and hours worked actual salary is £9,083 to £11,072 per year. Salary point dependent on qualifications and experience.
