When you receive your child’s report, it is important to understand how your child is getting on at school.

At Key Stage Three, each subject area will provide you with an ‘Attainment and Progress’ score, an ‘Attitude to Learning’ score and a ‘Reading Attainment’ band.

The guide below gives you important and further detail as to what these indicators mean, to ensure that parents and carers can support their child effectively at home. It also allows parents/carers and students to recognise where they are working at, and how to make progress going forward.
