For the 2022-23 academic year we have made some adaptations to our reporting systems and opportunities for parents/carers to meet with staff to discuss how your child is doing at school.

This will involve families receiving two interim update reports across the academic year, spread at intervals and timed to coincide and work with other key events for the year group (e.g. mock exams for Y11 or options choices for Y9).

In addition we will continue to run one subject information evening via School Cloud so that parents/carers have a chance to talk to subject teachers about learning and achievements in the curriculum.

However, in addition to this, we are introducing new meetings with the child’s form tutor; these will take place in November and April. All key dates are found below.

Form Tutor Reviews:

• Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd November

• Thursday 1st May and Friday 2nd May - summer term review

Subject Teacher Reviews:

These are held on our Parent Cloud system. Information will be emailed to you prior to your subject progress reviews. They will run over two separate evenings on the following dates:

 Year 7: 10th / 11th June 2025

 Year 8 20th / 21st May 2025

 Year 9: 21st / 22nd January 2025

 Year 10: 4th / 5th June 2025

 Year 11: 3rd / 4th March 2025

 Year 12: 8th / 9th January 2025

 Year 13: 11th / 12th March 2025

Progress reports to families:

These are in form of a report that will be emailed to families. They will include information regarding your child's current achievement and their attitude to learning grade.
