We are seeking to appoint an experienced and hard working administrator to join our busy team in providing professional and accurate administrative support to the School. This role involves managing written and verbal correspondence, scheduling appointments and recording information on databases, alongside communicating with a wide range of stakeholders (parents, children, school staff, governors and the community).

You will be working in our administration team and be performing a number of duties including student support, admin and reception. The position is for 19.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time) to be worked over a minimum of 3 days, and maximum of 5. This is to be agreed.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and have experience of working in a broad range of administrative duties and will have a good level of IT competency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems. You will be motivated, well-organised, with the ability to use your initiative and be willing to undergo any training that is required.
