We are seeking to appoint an experienced and hard working administrator to join our busy team in providing essential administrative support to contribute to the smooth running of the school.

37 hours per week term time only (39 weeks per year).

Part time or full time considered.

NJC Scale 4, points 7 - 11 (£25,584 - £27,269) Actual salary pro rata to working full time in term time is £21,908 - £23,351 pa

Start date as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities include managing telephone and in person enquires, typing, filing, managing written and verbal correspondence, recording information and maintaining accurate records on school databases alongside communicating with a wide range of stakeholders (parents, children, school staff, governors and the community).

The ideal candidate will be flexible and have strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. You will have experience of working in a broad range of administrative duties and will have a good level of IT competency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems. You will be motivated, well-organised, with the ability to use your initiative and be willing to undergo any training that is required.
